Tuition Policy

Tuition is paid for the year in one instalment. Tuition and fees must be paid by bank transfer. Tuition fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Medical and Emergency Authorization

I understand the school will make every effort to reach parents or the emergency contact person in an emergency. If the school cannot reach the parents or emergency contact person, I authorize Tokyo Children’s Garden to take any emergency measures necessary. I also agree to be responsible for any expenses incurred in such an event.
